Frequently Asked Questions
Embassy Pools are sold, installed and serviced by independent authorized dealers. For pricing, orders and service, find a dealer near you.
Can I buy a Embassy pool directly from you?
No. Embassy is the manufacturer, and we do not sell directly to the public. Our pools, liners, equipment and accessories are sold, installed and serviced by independent authorized dealers. Find a dealer near you to see products in person, get pricing and place an order.
How do I find an authorized Embassy dealer near me?
Use Find A Dealer: enter your ZIP code, or choose "Use My Location", and we will put you in touch with an authorized dealer who serves your area. You can also browse Dealer Locations on the map.
How much does a Embassy pool cost?
Prices are set by our authorized dealers and depend on the model, size, options and installation you choose. Design your pool in the pool builder and send it to a local dealer for a quote, or contact a dealer near you directly.
Can I design my pool online?
Yes. The pool builder walks you through the pool type (above ground or recessed), entry system, frame, shape, size, model, liner, pump and add-ons. You can save your design with your email address and send it to an authorized dealer near you for a quote. The dealer confirms the final configuration and price.
What happens after I send a quote request or contact form?
We send your request to an authorized dealer who serves the ZIP code you entered, and the dealer contacts you using the details you gave us. That is why the forms ask for your ZIP code. The dealer handles pricing, ordering, delivery and installation. If you have not heard back, find another dealer near you or contact us.
How do I register my warranty?
Register your pool or product online at Warranty Registration. It takes a few minutes; have your purchase date, the products you bought and your dealer's name to hand, and keep your receipt.
What does my warranty cover?
Coverage depends on the product and model you choose, and a complete pool package (pool, pump and filter) may include additional package warranty terms. See our Warranty Policy and the written warranty that came with your product, and ask your authorized dealer about the coverage for the model you are considering. Remember to register your product.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Start with the authorized dealer you bought from: they are your first point of contact for warranty service. Have your proof of purchase and the details from your warranty registration ready. If you cannot reach your dealer, find another dealer near you or contact us.
Where can I buy parts or accessories for my pool?
Parts and accessories are available through our authorized dealers. Browse our products on this site to find what you need, then contact a dealer near you to order it.
How do I return or exchange a product?
Because we do not sell directly to the public, returns and exchanges are handled by the authorized dealer you bought from, under that dealer's policies. Contact your dealer, or find a dealer near you.
Can I install my pool myself?
Many homeowners do. Watch our pool installation videos (round, oval, recessed and in-wall installations) and the Customer Q&A, and always follow the instructions that come with your pool and your local codes. Many authorized dealers also offer professional installation; ask a dealer near you.
Can my pool be installed partly in the ground?
Yes. All of our swimming pools can be recessed, and our Hydrosphere Series semi-inground pools are designed to be recessed further into the ground. Choose "Recessed" as the pool type in the pool builder, watch the recessed installation in our installation videos, and talk to a dealer near you about your site.
Should I choose a steel or a resin pool?
Both are durable and attractive. Steel frame pools use heavier-than-industry-standard steel with a multi-step coating for strength and corrosion resistance; resin frames are rust-proof and chip- and blemish-resistant. Our Pool Buying Guide explains the differences, and an authorized dealer can help you choose for your yard and budget.
Where are Embassy pools made?
In the U.S.A.: our products have been made in America for over 75 years. Read more on our Made in USA page.
What should I know about pool safety?
Never dive, jump or slide into an above-ground pool, and make sure a responsible adult supervises everyone in the pool at all times. Read our pool safety page and the safety materials that come with your pool, and request pool safety stickers. Your dealer can answer questions about safety equipment such as entry systems.
I have an older pool and cannot find the manual. Where can I get it?
Start with the Customer Q&A, our installation videos and our brochures. An authorized dealer near you can help identify your model and the parts it uses, or you can contact us.
How long should I run my pump and filter each day?
It depends on your pool's size, your equipment and the weather. The Customer Q&A covers running your pump and filter, filter positions and vacuuming, and your authorized dealer can recommend a schedule for your pool and supply water care products.
